Title: Xiaozi Peak | Pinxi, New Taipei City | June 1, 2014

This is interesting.

I found out on the spot, that ALL my hiking buddies that day, had some sort of acrophobia inside, on various levels. While it was purely physical challenge for me, for the rest of them it was both physical and psychological. They coped with the situation differently, though. Some just sat in silence -with a less smile and paler face- whenever we met ascended stairs that too much for their mind to handle, and decide to just wait at the bottom end of the stair. Some would screamed all the way -up and down- shouting excuses why the track was really not made for him (my favourite was that he got too big of feet for the stairs). Some, would still tried, creeping slowly, even with the visibly obvious wobling knees. Anyway, each of them had their own unique stategies to get through the tracks. No body wanted to be behind certain some one, though ::wink:: because his so called strategy always made everyone else behind him somehow confused and disorientated. So there I was, no choice but to be at the most behind, all the time. All the sillyness aside; hats off guys, I know it was hard, and beyond your conscious could deal, but you did it anyway. Believe me, I know the feeling, I had my own phobia.

One valuable thing I learned from this trip is; that the spiderman crawl style was not so amazing when you did it on not so vertical walls. ::LOL::
